By accessing and using QuantAI Lab ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

QuantAI Lab is an AI-powered trading strategy backtesting platform that allows users to:

  • Upload historical market data for analysis
  • Create and test trading strategies using artificial intelligence
  • Perform backtesting on historical data
  • Access AI-powered trading insights and recommendations

3. Subscription Plans

Important: All subscriptions are non-refundable

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Limited access without AI features
  • Basic Plan: $1.88 USD for 5 days - Full AI access
  • Premium Plan: $8.88 USD for 30 days - Full AI access
  • Annual Plan: $88.88 USD for 365 days - Full AI access

No Refund Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable. Subscriptions cannot be downgraded, only upgraded.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
  • Not share your account with others
  • Upload only data that you own or have permission to use

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Consult with a qualified financial advisor before implementing any trading strategy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QuantAI Lab. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Users retain ownership of their uploaded data but grant us a license to process and analyze it for the purpose of providing our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

QuantAI Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuantAI Lab operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
